If for some reasons, you want to return or exchange your product bought from the company, such return or exchange is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please note, the following features are not available for customers outside India.
7 Days Replacement Policy
- Replace the product, except Jewelry (Ring, bracelet), to the company within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product, under the 7 days replacement policy.
- The amount of the product being replacement should not exceed Rs.20,000/-
- Silver Jewelry products cannot be exchanged.
- Customized Jewelry which includes personalized/engraved products manufactured/ordered in line with specific instructions from Customer is not eligible for 7 days replacement.
- Once your replace item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the replace item.
- Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than the company), or damaged cannot be accepted for 7 days replacement.
- You will receive complimentary return shipping for all eligible products within the 7 Day Exchange policy.
- Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice for all exchange within the 7 Day replacement period.
- In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the solitaire/jewelry to the Lab for recertification. The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by the customer.
- The replacement amount will be 100% of actual amount paid. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
- In case the replacement value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product.
- This feature is not available for International Orders (Orders that will be shipped abroad from India)
